Connect Kadriva to your site

Your subdomain — yourbrand.kadriva.com — is now the main home for everything Kadriva publishes for you. The oldkadriva.com/hub/… pages still work, but they become a small sampler that points back to your subdomain with a canonical link, so there is never duplicate content.

1. In Kadriva → Connections → Your Kadriva subdomain, type the handle you want and hit Save, then Request provisioning.
2. On a paid plan, switch on Host publications here. Your full library goes live at https://yourbrand.kadriva.com/ straight away.
3. Click Submit to Search Console — Kadriva adds the URL-prefix property and submits your sitemap for you.
4. Want it inside your own Google account too? Add a URL-prefix property for https://yourbrand.kadriva.com/, choose HTML tag verification (Kadriva already serves the tag — no DNS changes), verify, then submit sitemap.xml.

Google typically takes 2 days to 4 weeks to index new pages. Submitting the sitemap and requesting indexing on your top articles speeds up discovery, but the timing stays with Google.

On the free plan your two newest publications stay public on the Kadriva hub; the rest are written, stored and ready, and go live on your subdomain as soon as you upgrade.

Search Console is how Google reports which of your pages are indexed and ranking. Kadriva uses it to track real impressions and clicks per published page.

1. Open Google Search Console and add a URL-prefix property for https://yourdomain.com/.
2. Choose the HTML tag verification method.
3. In Kadriva → Connections → Search Console, click “Request verification tag”. Paste the tag you get into your site's <head> (or use the WordPress plugin path below).
4. Click Verify in Search Console, then in Kadriva click Confirm verification. Kadriva will submit your sitemap automatically.

Kadriva can push every published article straight to WordPress as a draft or published post — no plugin needed. It uses WordPress's built-in REST API + an Application Password.

1. In WordPress: Users → Profile → Application Passwords. Create one called Kadriva and copy the password.
2. In Kadriva → Connections → WordPress, paste your site URL, WP username, and the application password.
3. Pick a default category and decide whether Kadriva should push as draft (you approve) or published (autopilot).
4. Hit Test connection. If it returns ✓, your next published page will appear in WordPress within seconds.

No WordPress? Skip this step — Kadriva hosts every article on your Knowledge Hub at kadriva.com/hub/your-workspace, which you can serve from a path on your own domain (see Step 3), and links every visitor back to your site via your Origin CTA.

Every workspace publishes to its Knowledge Hub at kadriva.com/hub/your-workspace from day one. To keep the ranking signals on your own site, pick the destination that matches your stack in Connections:

1. WordPress or Ghost? Use Push into your CMS — articles are created as real posts inside your own site.
2. Control Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify, Nginx or Apache? Use Your domain: save a URL like https://yoursite.com/blog, paste the one proxy rule Kadriva generates for your platform, then hit Run check. Your TLS, your domain — nothing to hand over.
3. Wix, Squarespace or Webflow? Use the Embed script tag on a page you already own.
4. Either way, first prove you own the site: add the TXT record (host field _kadriva-verify), paste the meta tag, or upload /.well-known/kadriva-verify.txt, then click Check verification.
5. Set your Origin CTA (button label + URL) so every Kadriva article carries a persistent "Read more from {your brand}" link back to your money pages.

Canonicals, sitemaps, feeds and internal links all switch to your chosen URL the moment you save it, so Search Console attributes the traffic to your domain.

One small JS snippet on your site lets Kadriva track when visitors click through from a published page back to your money pages — and attribute revenue.

1. Open Kadriva → Connections → Tracking. Copy the <script src="…/links.<your-slug>.js"> tag.
2. Paste it in your site's footer (or via Google Tag Manager). On WordPress, drop it into Appearance → Customize → Additional Scripts, or use a snippets plugin.
3. Refresh any page on your site — Kadriva will register the install within ~60 seconds and the green dot in Connections will flip on.
