0 → 47 answer-engine citations and a 5× lift in share of voice

Atlas & Oak used the Kadriva AI Visibility Tracker to find where competitors were being cited instead, then shipped counter-pages that took the citation slot.

The challenge

  • Two competitors owned nearly every AI answer for 'best' and 'compare' queries in the category.
  • Product pages had no comparison, specification or FAQ content an answer engine could quote.
  • No visibility into which prompts actually drove qualified traffic.

What Kadriva did

  • Competitor citation graph built from daily probes to identify the exact prompts where rivals were cited.
  • Counter-Move engine generated comparison and specification pages targeting those prompts.
  • Structured data (Product, FAQPage, ItemList) auto-applied at publish time.

The outcome

  • Share of voice across tracked prompts rose from 4.1% to 21.6%.
  • Cited as the primary source for the category's top comparison question in Perplexity.
  • Assisted revenue from organic up 31% quarter on quarter.

"The AI Visibility module alone justified the price. We went from zero ChatGPT citations to being the cited source for our entire category — in 38 days."

How we measured it

  • Share of voice = brand citations ÷ total citations observed across the tracked prompt set for the same period.
  • Probes ran daily against ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Bing Copilot with identical prompt phrasing throughout.
  • Revenue attribution uses the store's own last-non-direct model, not Kadriva's estimate.
