The challenge
- Ranked on Google for brand terms only — no presence in AI answers for category questions.
- 72 published pages, 41 of them orphans with no inbound internal links.
- No repeatable publishing cadence: 1–2 posts a month, written ad hoc.
What Kadriva did
- Baseline AI visibility probe across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews on 30 buyer-intent prompts.
- Entity + FAQ schema applied to the 18 highest-intent pages by the Kadriva inbox auto-apply engine.
- Internal-link injector routed authority from 41 orphan pages into 6 commercial hubs.
- Autopilot publishing switched on at 3 articles/day against the prompt gap list.
The outcome
- Named in AI answers for 47 of the 30 tracked prompts' variants, including three head-term buying questions.
- Organic sessions up 14,000 in six weeks, driven mainly by newly linked commercial pages.
- Agency retainer cancelled; content operations run entirely inside Kadriva.
"We replaced two SEO tools and a £4k/mo retainer with Kadriva. Six weeks in we'd added 14,000 organic visits — without writing a single brief ourselves."
How we measured it
- Prompts were sampled daily at 06:00 UTC from a fixed prompt set; a citation counts only when the brand domain or brand name appears in the engine's answer body.
- Traffic figures are Google Search Console clicks for the property, compared like-for-like against the preceding 42-day window.
- No paid media ran during the measurement window.
